Step Right Premium Equine Feed® Contest Rules

    1. To enter the Step Right Premium Equine Feed® Contest (“Contest”), you (“Entrant”) must be a resident of Canada and of the age of majority in your Province of residence or older to enter. The Contest is offered in Canada in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba only and is not offered in Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland or Prince Edward Island.
    2. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
    3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
    4. To enter the Contest, you must “like and save” the post, follow the Step Right Instagram page (step.right.ranchers) and “tag” your friends (each unique tag = 1 entry). This Contest, Trouw Nutrition and the Step Right brand are not affiliated with Instagram.
    5. Employees of Trouw Nutrition or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest.
    6. There is one Contest prize (“Prize”), namely 25 bags of Step Right Premium Equine Feed®. Contest winner (“Winner”) can select the feed of his/her choice from the sku’s presented.
    7.  Prize will be delivered to the location of the participating Trouw Nutrition distributor specified by Winner. Winner shall collect the Prize from the distributor at Winner’s sole cost and expense.
    8. Contest Winner agrees and specifically consents by way of Winner’s entry to the Contest to allow Winner’s first name and the first initial of Winner’s last name and picture of Winner to be used for promotional purposes, without further notice, consent or compensation. Winner consents and agrees for the distributor to take a picture, with Winner and distributor, to be put up on social media.
    9. Trouw Nutrition is not responsible or liable for any potential Entrant’s inability to access the Contest.
    10.  Entries that are late, incomplete, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted after 11:59 PM on the last day of the Contest, Monday, August 11th, 2025.  Winner will be notified by 11:59 pm on Friday, August 15th, 2025. Winner will be notified on through social media or via direct messaging. Should contact with Winner be interrupted or left unanswered for a period of 10 days, Winner will no longer qualify, and Trouw Nutrition will select the next Winner.
    11. The Contest is subject to the laws the province of residence of the Entrant and the laws of Canada where applicable.
    12. Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, resold or redeemed for cash. Trouw Nutrition reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the described Prize cannot be awarded for any reason.
    13. Step Right Premium Equine Feed® is a specialty product destined for equine consumption only and must be consumed by the best before date indicated on the packaging. The Prize is provided on an “as is” basis and Trouw Nutrition makes no representation or warranty that the product is fit for any particular purpose. You are invited to read the instructions and ingredients printed on the package so you may determine in your sole opinion if the product is right for your horse.
    14. Potential Winner must answer a Canadian trivia question before being declared a Winner and may be asked to provide legal, valid, and complete photo identification with the same detail as is on the entry form to claim a Prize. Failure to provide such will be considered a forfeiture of the Prize.
    15. By entering this Contest, you acknowledge that you accept and will abide by these rules and regulations.
    16. Rules may change from time to time in any given contest. Trouw Nutrition is not responsible for any typographical, production or distribution errors that may occur during the Contest or in any Contest material.
    17. Trouw Nutrition may communicate with you from time to time for marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share this information without your permission. All personal information collected in connection with this contest will be handled in accordance with Trouw Nutrition's Privacy Policy
