Accessibility

At Trouw Nutrition Canada, we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment where everyone can participate fully and equitably. We recognize the importance of identifying, preventing and removing barriers for people with disabilities in the workplace and in their interactions with our company.

Our commitment to accessibility applies to our employees, job applicants, customers, suppliers, visitors and others who interact with Trouw Nutrition Canada or access information, services and resources we provide.

We are committed to meeting our obligations under applicable accessibility legislation, including the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Accessible Canada Act (ACA), and to continuously improving accessibility across our organization.

All employees and relevant personnel will receive training on accessibility requirements of the AODA and ACA, as well as on how to interact with persons with disabilities. Training records will be maintained.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We will continue to review our practices, policies and ways of working to identify opportunities to improve accessibility and inclusion.
